about me
my story
I became a therapist because I believe in the transformative power of therapy through my own journey of self-discovery and growth. I know firsthand how it can enrich every aspect of life — including the relationship we have with ourselves and the people we care about most. I’m passionate about supporting others, bring many decades of life experience to my work, and know the courage it takes to reach out for help.
The difference therapy made in my own life inspired me to leave a career in communications and technology, where I worked with organizations including MTV, Warner Bros., and Stanford Research Institute (SRI), and pursue a path that felt more aligned with my heart. Along the way, my longtime yoga practice deepened my understanding of the profound connection between mind, body, heart, and spirit—a holistic perspective that continues to guide and enrich my approach to therapy today.
